Custom Brick-Built Outdoor BBQ & Wood-Fired Oven Installation

This project involved the construction of a handcrafted brick outdoor BBQ and oven, designed for durability, heat resistance, and long-term outdoor performance. Built entirely from scratch, the structure provides both functional cooking capability and a strong visual feature for the client’s garden. Scope of Works: 1. Foundation & Base Construction A reinforced, level base was prepared to support the heavy masonry structure, ensuring long-term stability and fire safety. 2. Brickwork Construction The BBQ was constructed using red facing bricks with contrasting dark engineering brick details for a premium finish. Precision brickwork was carried out around the arch, shelves, and upper chamber. An arched wood-storage compartment was integrated at the base for convenient fuel access. 3. BBQ Chamber & Fire-Resistant Features A spacious cooking chamber was built with correct ventilation and fire-resistant materials. Brick ledges and support shelves were formed for safe grilling and tray placement. 4. Decorative Roof Structure A traditional pitched roof was constructed using high-quality ridge tiles, completing the structure with an authentic and durable masonry finish. The completed BBQ and oven provide a robust, weather-resistant, and visually striking outdoor cooking area, designed to withstand high temperatures and long-term use.
