This project showcases the full transformation of a North London property through a complete rear extension and major structural reconfiguration. Our team at 2A Construction Ltd handled every stage — from demolition and steel installation to new blockwork, cavity walling, and structural openings — following all Building Control and engineering requirements. This rear extension project involved full demolition of the back wall, installation of new steel beams, and construction of a brand-new blockwork structure to increase living space and improve the home’s layout. We carried out all structural works safely using professional temporary support systems and completed the extension walls with insulated cavity blockwork for long-term durability and energy efficiency.
