Rear Extension & Full Ground Floor Transformation
A complete rear extension and ground-floor transformation, creating a much larger and brighter open-plan living space. The project involved major structural works from the ground up, including new foundations, blockwork, steel installation, a new insulated roof structure and large rear openings. The completed extension has been finished with wide black-framed bi-fold doors, rooflights, a modern kitchen and herringbone flooring, creating a strong connection between the house and garden. External works included rendering, drainage adjustments and construction of a new raised composite deck with steps and balustrades.
